Enquiries

We process the details you send (name or company, phone, email, message) to reply and prepare an offer. We keep them for up to 24 months after the last contact.

Listing alerts

If you subscribe to an alert we use your email only to send matching listings, based on your consent confirmed by a link. You can withdraw it in every message.

We send news about new offers and a digest every 2 weeks only on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). We store your email address, language and the date of consent. You can withdraw consent at any time using the link in every email; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. We keep the data until you withdraw consent. The recipient is our email service provider, which sends messages on our behalf. Link clicks in the newsletter are counted anonymously, without cookies and not linked to your address.

Statistics

We count visits with our own tool, without cookies or profiling. We store a daily irreversible hash and the page, device and source. Data older than 400 days is deleted.

Cookies and browser storage

The site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Favorites and comparisons live only in your browser (localStorage). The Google map loads only after you click, and Google may then set its own cookies.

Your rights

You may access, rectify, erase, restrict, port or object to the processing of your data, and complain to the Polish data protection authority (UODO).
